Which data do we process?

When you submit a quote request through the configurator, we process the details you enter yourself:

• name, email address, phone number, address and city;
• your configured choices and the corresponding guide price;
• any comments you include.

While handling your request we may add internal notes (for example about a phone call). Those notes belong to the request and are deleted together with it.

If you save or share a configuration via a share link, we only store the selected options. A share link contains no personal data.

After your request you will receive a personal link to your quote page by email. Treat that link confidentially: anyone who knows it can see your configuration, the guide price and the status of your request. We record when that page is opened so we can assist you better, and we send you at most one reminder if you have not viewed the page yet.

What do we use this data for?

Solely to handle your request: we send you a confirmation by email, contact you, and prepare a personal quote based on your configuration. Your data is not shared with third parties and not used for marketing.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your request for as long as needed to handle it, and no longer than twelve months after completion. After that we delete the request completely, including any attachments.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to view, correct or delete your data. Upon deletion we erase the complete request, including attachments. Contact us at info@rhkeukensanitair.com or +(5999) 677 6301, quoting your reference number.

Security

The connection to this website is encrypted (HTTPS). Your request is not publicly accessible and can only be viewed by our staff; the fonts and other parts of this website are served from our own server, without external services.
